I just purchased the booty and glamour spells

I know the booty spell has to be recasted on a regular basis before you can achieve the ideal shape and size but what can I expect from the glamour spell? Let’s say I want my facial features to look more feminine (more feminine shaped forehead and lips that go higher near the nose). My lips are now longer compared to when I was younger. Is it achievable?
