Stop Smoking

Okay, I am going to be upfront and honest regarding this spell and my own personal love of smoking!  I smoked for many years without desire to quit.  I have actually never had a desire to quit actually.  I know, I know, it is a horrible habit and I hate how it smells, but I LOVE to smoke.  Fast forward several years and I notice little things like running out of breath keeping up with the kids when I truly should be able to keep up, getting winded on long day trips to the zoo or wherever we were and a host of other very subtle little signs and symptoms.  This is when I decided I needed to quit smoking.  I, like many others, tried to use a vape pen and to be honest it just didn't cut it.  I didn't get the same satisfaction from it.  This is when I decided that I needed to help myself with a little extra edge and push.  Yes, I cast the spell on myself!  Did I quit smoking you are wondering, yes I did.  I quit and supplemented with the vape pen, even if I wasn't craving cigarettes I had that habit of reaching for a cigarette when I was on the phone, after I ate, with a cup of coffee and a host of other situations and I tweaked this spell to help with the habit of reaching for something to have in my hand or the satisfaction of blowing smoke.  This spell helps and does work.  It is not an overnight fix, but over time you will find that you crave nicotine less and less!
