Self Forgiveness

We ALL have done and/or said something that we regret that just stays with us.  We may forget it for a while, but it creeps back in from time to time and we quickly push it back away because it hurts and can be shameful to deal with.  This is normal and this is just part of us being humans learning our life lessons.  In readings we see so many people who are stuck in life due to past regrets and shame.    

This spell works with you to help you purge and forgive yourself.  Will you forget what you did or said, no, but you will have a peace about it.  Be warned that this spell intuitively leads you as well to help you learn the lessons that you needed to out of these actions and that WILL include looking at these memories.  You may feel sad for a bit and then have a cleansing cry and find that it is purged!  You will feel a forgiveness for yourself.  

Some of us had such a rough upbringing and life events that were so traumatic that we took on guilt or shame that does not belong to us and this spell will help us with this as well.  

There are some cases that require this casting twice a month for 2 to 3 months or somewhere in between just being cast once.  We all have different lives and different paths.  

Will this spell last forever?  Yes and no.  It will purge and help you forgive your past from the moment it is cast, but going forward from there is not included in the spell.  I would suggest an upkeep casting once a year.  

Forgiving ourselves is a HUGE step in loving ourselves and moving to our next step in life.  You will feel lighter emotionally and more balanced overall.
