Self-Confidence

Everyone, including myself, goes through phases and the normal ups and downs in our lives.  At times, our downs or our hurts stay with us and cause us to second guess our worth at times.  This spell gives us a boost that we need here and there to get over the hump that we are climbing in our lives.  There is no shame in our struggles of our daily lives!
